‘Clare’s classes are just brilliant!  Every class is so different than the preceding ones. Amazing how many Pilates movements there are and Clare builds them up slowly. A few repetitions, then add-ons …. bit more effort needed, more add-ons…..bit tougher, even more effort. Easy to challenging! You stick with what suits you best.

Clare is very conscious of clients who may have mobility issues or joint/muscle aches or problems, and always gives alternative movements.  Her commentary is imaginative, and she gives you visualisations to help you get the movements correct.

If you take her class, you will become so much more supple and fitter as a result.
