‘Being a relative newcomer to Pilates and having only done approximately six sessions before lockdown I decided to continue Pilates with the online classes. These online classes proved to be an effective and enjoyable way of keeping fit.  The classes are varied and easy to follow, with a new class each week enabling you to target certain areas of your body which, even being a newcomer, I found them easy to follow and felt so much better after each session. I now practice three to four sessions each week and feel so much better for it. The rewards are greatly beneficial.’
