Each retreat includes bespoke live virtual classes with a blend of yoga and Pilates, tailored to your own needs. Our suggestion would be three half-hour classes: a morning “Stretch & Awaken” class, an afternoon “Invigorate & Strengthen” class and an evening “Unwind & Relax”. The aim is to cater for your needs, so classes can be arranged as you wish, with longer classes or 2 rather than 3, let us know what suits you.

Plant-based menu suggestion cards for your retreat day (these will be supplied a week before your retreat (along with your pamper box) so that, if you wish to try the recipes out, you will have time to shop the ingredients and prepare for your meals before hand (allowing you extra time to unwind during your retreat!)

The Retreats are not only aimed at women, but men are welcomed too.

They are perfect as a gift, or for couples, weekend getaways, engagement / anniversary gifts, hen weekends or just as a well-deserved treat for yourself!
